Q: What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Since all our products are 100% customized, 100% custom paper boxes have 1000 pcs suggested minimum order quantity. We have done smaller orders, but we find they’re not very cost-effective at lower runs. Let us know what you’re thinking and we can guide you in the right direction.
Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: No, we work on OEM orders. Each product we do is custom.
Q: Could you provide a free design for my packaging box?
A: Yes, we provide free design service, structural design, and easy graphic design according to your requirements.
Q: Can we have our logo or company information on your products or package?
A: Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing, or Stickers.
Q: How long can I get this sample?
A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 3-5 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 days.
Q: How many days will samples be finished? How about the mass production?
A: 1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually, we will arrange them in 5-7 working days, finished product sample is acceptable.
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 20 working days is enough.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q: What is the common delivery time?
A: Normally 25 days after confirmation of the order.
Q: How can I get a quotation?
A: You should determine the following matters:
1) The box pattern(If you don’t know please ask us for advice).

3) The material and surface handing.

A: All custom boxes require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipping.
